Products ship from multiple distribution centers; the items on your order may arrive at separate times. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
Normally our shipping is free, via U.P.S. ground. The only exceptions are:
Products Damaged During Shipment and Defective Products
- Oversized Items and extremely heavy items, which are noted on their product information pages as requiring a special delivery charge. The delivery charge varies depending on the size and weight of the item. These charges will be included in the Shipping & Handling subtotal of your order.
Within thirty days of receiving your order, inspect the product(s) and inform us of any manufacturing defects or damages that occurred prior to delivery. At our discretion, we will either repair or replace the damaged or defective goods for no additional charge. No replacements or refunds will be issued in the event the customer fails to notify us of defective or damaged merchandise within two weeks of receipt.
To place international shipping orders, you may place your order online and we will contact you via e-mail with a shipping quote. When e-mailing us, include your name, shipping address, daytime phone number our customer service associates reply to you with a shipping quote. At that time you will be able to accept or decline your order. Once we have confirmation via e-mail that you accept the freight costs and understand that all international sales are final, the order will be placed pending payment approval.
Products Damaged During Return Shipment
Product that is damaged during shipment back to us will receive no refund or credit. We will inform the customer via email that the item(s) were received damaged, and the product will be held for up to 45 days. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier and instruct us concerning the disposition of the damaged product. If we have not received notification or response from the customer within 45 days, the item will be considered destroyed and will be discarded.
Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title on items purchased from us pass to the purchaser upon our delivery to the carrier.
If your order is custom made or made to order, it cannot be cancelled once the manufacturer has started production. Refusal to accept a custom order or non-returnable product may result in up to a 100% cancellation fee.
Orders may be able to be cancelled provided the manufacturer or we have not already shipped the product or incurred handling costs. Those items may involve a cancellation fee, handling fees, and or shipping fees, re-delivery fees, attempted delivery fees, for which the customer is liable. Customers who refuse delivery may be charged up to a 100% cancellation fee.
